What is the difference between Lifestyle Fitness weight loss retreat versus other weight loss retreats?

healthy living retreatLifeStyle Fitness is more than a name. Everything we do at our weight loss retreat for adults is for the purpose of teaching YOU how to make lasting changes. The biggest difference is the size of our weight loss retreat. We will never have more than ten participants at a time. This allows us to focus on you as an individual.*

Another big difference is that all aspects of health are hands on for our clients. That means that YOU will be planning, shopping for, and preparing your meals—with all the help and guidance you need (Don’t worry, we pay the grocery bill). We will be educating you at all times on the fitness aspects of our program. We also have a strong behavioral wellness program to help you gain insight and teach you techniques so that you will follow through with your health and fitness goals.*

To participate in a weight loss retreat for adults and then return home without the tools you need to put the changes into action immediately would be a waste of your time and money. And, even worse, it would be the ultimate disappointment.*

Because our weight loss program focuses on lifestyle changes, we recommend at least a four-week stay for you to fully adopt your new behaviors and attitudes. The length of your visit can be anywhere from 1 week to several months, and you will benefit immensely from any length of stay at our fitness camp.*

What will happen when I get off the plane?

When you first arrive at the airport, we will have a shuttle service all set to bring you and your luggage to beautiful Saint George.

You will begin the fitness program with an assessment to plan your starting point. This includes measurements of your body fat, circumferences, and weight and a test to assess your level of fitness. We use this information to set goals for you and to measure your progress.

What will I do in a typical day at your fitness camp for adults?

The answer is, there is no “typical” day. We design a health and fitness program that will work for you. We will keep the workouts varied and challenging to adapt to each person’s level of fitness. We utilize a wide variety of activities, including: individualized resistance and cardio interval training specific to your needs, group fitness classes (boot camp workouts), swimming and other outdoor activities like hiking in the world famous Zion’s National Park.

Sound, good nutrition is necessary for your everyday life, and it’s a key part of our daily wellness program. We want you to learn how to make and enjoy the dietary changes that will be necessary to lose weight and maintain your progress.

How do I sign up?

Simply give us a call at (855) 212-8423 when you know the dates that you would like to join us. We will then email you the necessary paperwork to complete and send back to us. We also require a deposit to reserve your spot.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

LifeStyle Fitness Camp has limited space. We are committed to helping you change your life, therefore we require a strong commitment from you. A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required at the time of booking. We require 14 days notice of any cancellation.

All cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, will be eligible for a refund minus the deposit. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. Changes made to booking dates will be given full credit of fees paid toward re-booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Do you make allowances for family emergencies or personal injuries?

Yes, we have compassion for these circumstances and will do whatever we can to accommodate the situation. As soon as an emergency occurs, let us know and we will work with you to take the time off – your package will be put on hold and you can reschedule the remaining time at your convenience.
