Jen Bullen – Fitness Trainer
Jen is a Personal Fitness Trainer and co-owner of LifeStyle Fitness Camp. She is a runner and loves racing distances from 5k to marathon. Through running she has discovered the joy that comes from setting specific fitness goals and then taking the steps to accomplish them.
Jen is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and specializes in teaching boot-camp style workout classes. Jen enjoys working with people to help them overcome the challenges and barriers that keep them from losing weight, getting fit, and reaching their goals.
Chad Bullen – Operations Manager
Chad is the Operations Manager and co-owner of LifeStyle Fitness.
His commitment to a healthy lifestyle for himself and his family led to the creation of LifeStyle Fitness. He has a love of doing anything that involves the outdoors and is always exploring new places to take clients hiking. Chad has several hobbies including running, creating
delicious healthy meals, and of course golf.
Deanna Gallagher – Therapist
Deanna Gallagher LMFT, is a licensed Marriage Family therapist in the state of California and Utah. She has over ten years of experience counseling individuals, couples, families and groups, as well as teaching parenting and anger management classes.
Her classes incorporate what she calls “Emotional Mechanics” extensive information defining what emotions are, how emotions work, and step by step strategies for how to comfort emotions. Deanna graduated with honors from California State University, Fullerton earning a Bachelors of Science in Political Science, Pre-law major. She also graduated with honors from California State University earning a Masters in Counseling.
Deanna has a wide-range of experience working in a variety of counseling environments ranging from agencies, group homes, schools, juvenile hall, and the foster care system as a social worker. She specializes in addiction and trauma recovery as well as clients struggling with ADHD, dissociation, depression and anxiety. She uses art therapy, visualization and cognitive restructuring as primary techniques to accomplish treatment goals.
